Hot Dish Advertising welcomes Meredith Hughes as Director of Media

With a focus on omni-channel, full-funnel media portfolios, Meredith Hughes brings nearly 15 years of experience.  

Minneapolis, Minnesota – Hot Dish Advertising is excited to welcome Meredith Hughes, the newest member of our leadership team and our Director of Media. Meredith joins us with nearly 15 years of experience in digital media. Her background and experience span a range of industries across all digital channels. 

Most recently, Meredith served as a VP of Business Partnerships at Labelium, a digital performance agency. Focusing on omni-channel and full-funnel media portfolios, she specializes in paid search, YouTube, paid social, display remarketing, in-game advertising as well as tagging, tracking and analytics. She also has extensive experience in contextual and behavioral prospecting, leveraging user data to deliver relevant ads at every stage of the sales process.   

In her role at Hot Dish, Meredith will help lead results-driven digital marketing strategies across our B2B, B2C and B2E franchise clients. Her role is integral as a cross-functional leader, helping drive growth across the agency. In addition to leading a team of digital specialists, she will be working with our client and creative services teams to deliver high-octane campaigns.  

In perfect Hot Dish fashion, Meredith is not one to be put in a box. She enjoys both college football and musical theater. Before going into digital media, she earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and sociology from The University of Georgia. In other words, Meredith is a certified badass, and we are thrilled to have her on the team. Welcome, Meredith!
