With over 9,147,853 pounds lost, Medi-Weightloss® has proven it’s The one that works® — but in a crowded weight loss market, that message wasn’t reaching their target audience. Our challenge? Elbow out the numerous competitors. In a saturated market, it was imperative that Medi-Weightloss’ brand positioning stood out and demonstrated their unique value.

We also had to come up with solutions for both the retail website and the local clinic pages. Neither were drawing customers in, and even those who did visit the sites were met with a confusing or lackluster user experience and journey.

We bolstered the Medi-Weightloss® brand by redefining their positioning and increasing their brand value for an ownable stance in market and a message that was heard loud and clear. In addition to brand updates, we created a comprehensive customer acquisition and awareness strategy for the retail website. And we optimized the conversion rate of the local clinic landing pages to increase patient appointments and garner high-quality leads.
