If she is not in our office in the trendy North Loop in Minneapolis, MN, she is most likely on an airplane heading to a conference, board meeting or heading up a client meeting somewhere in the U.S. As CEO of Hot Dish Advertising, she oversees a staff of 16 who help Hot Dish’s mostly franchise clients with both consumer and franchise development campaigns.
