In 2020, we took it up a notch to deliver more with our “Smart Leads to More” campaign. The launch of our new campaign is the fulfillment of our promise to ensure “Smart leads. Impact follows.”

Created and launched Franch Strong™.

Our commitment is simple: to connect more people to franchising. One way we did that was by the launching of Franch Strong. This initially began as a way to give back to franchise brands by celebrating their stories of success and community involvement. Franch Strong is now evolving as a Hot Dish movement to help franchises flex their muscles and grow their brand.

You’ll see Franch Strong come to life in exciting new ways and soon in your inbox. 2021 will be filled with what we believe will be more growth for our clients and the franchise community.

We’re proud to help the number one staffing franchise change people’s lives by helping them grow their franchising brand. We began by concepting a new look for their franchise brand in March of 2020 and then developed a comprehensive marketing and media plan to reach motivated entrepreneurs with sales backgrounds to invest in a staffing franchise.

Other key deliverables for our new client included:

• Series of targeted digital ads

• New franchising website that drove a strong 4% conversion rate

• Ongoing blogs, SXM radio spots and Franchise Owner interviews

• International landing page to drive growth in Australia and New Zealand

Our environmentally conscious Green Home Solutions franchise client was primarily known for mold remediation pre-COVID-19. Within days of the pandemic hitting, we spotted the opportunity to message their essential service of disinfection to boost franchise sales via a targeted lead-gen digital ad campaign.

And boost it did for a record-breaking 2020, with 36 new franchise deals. The industry average for the home-service franchise category is 14.*

The nation’s leading pet store franchise had their best year ever in franchise sales…with a record number of qualified leads. We had a lot of fun creating a strong, multi-layer marketing plan including digital ads, blogs and landing pages to reach their unique audiences.

We also launched a “recession-resilient” messaging in mid-March and leveraged this messaging across radio, print and digital ads, driving qualified leads across all channels throughout all of 2020.

We’re honored to work with this spirited, fun franchising brand since 2013, and together, we keep raising the bar with new ways to reach investors. Things got even hotter in the tropics in 2020 with another record-breaking year.

To serve up a few highlights, our strategic messaging, lead-gen digital marketing, landing pages, videos, blogs and target audience strategies helped result in:
• 254 new agreements (a new record)
• 99 new locations nationwide
• Opening of their 900th Cafe
